Postage Policy
We have recently changed our postage supplier to give a better service, our postage policy depends on where the order need to be shipped too.
UK Postage Policy
UK postage is a flat rate £4 no matter how much you order from us. We will send you package out Via Parcel Force on a 48 hour delivery. Once your items have been packed we will email you with the estimated delivery date and if we have one, a tracking number.
Your order will be packaged discreetly using plain packaging. The return address will not indicate its contents.
All orders will need to be signed for, if parcel force attempt to deliver twice and are unable to get the package signed for they will put a card through your door and take your package to a post office or sorting office for you to collect.
All packages are sent in accordance with the UK Distance Trading Act.
We reserve the right to charge a surcharge when delivering to the parts of the scottish highlands and islands as Parcel Force charge us a cost for this service. In the rare case that your order will be liable for a sur change, Nanny will contact you to discuss your options.
US and Canada Postage Policy
Postage to the north America carries a flat rate surcharge of £6 on top of the £4 postage fee for all orders. If you fail to add the north America surcharge for shipping nanny will contact you with a paypal invoice for the amount. If this invoice is not paid, your order will be refunded in full and you will not receive the goods.
Being UK based shipping to north America is more expensive and we feel our shipping pricing is a fair balance between reliability, speed and cost. If you are ordering from north America nanny will contact you to give you your estimated delivery date.
Your order will be discreetly packaged. We are not liable for any taxs, charges imposed by your country.

The rest of the world
Postage to the ‘rest of the world’ carries a flat rate surcharge of £8 on top of the £4 postage fee for all orders. If you fail to add the ‘rest of the world’ surcharge for shipping nanny will contact you with a paypal invoice for the amount. If this invoice is not paid, your order will be refunded in full and you will not receive the goods.
Due to the complexities of sending parcels, nanny may contact you to discuss posting your order if she can find you a discount or if for some reason shipping your order is not possible.
