Returns Policy

Now here is the boring bit commonly known as the “small print”.

Cancellation Of Your Order – Your Right To Cancel Under English Law.
you can cancel your order at anytime within 14 days of receiving your ordered goods. This is in line with the Consumer Contracts regulations (CCR’s 2013) 2013. However please do note that once your payment has been processed it cannot be stopped and will be delivered to you. If you wish to cancel our advice would be to contact us straight away either by email or phone prior to your parcel being despatched which will generally be within 48 hours of ordering for ready made goods but longer for made to measure custom made items.
Section 28 and 29 of the Regulations include the following exceptions:
Personalised goods made to the customers size and/or specification
Goods of a perishable nature

Returns
In line with DISTANCE SELLING LAWS we are obliged to set out our policy for the return of goods as follows.
Cosyndry are happy to refund the cost of your item(s) within 28 days of purchase providing that the item(s) are returned in an unmarked and resaleable condition.
If your item has not been worn we will replace it with another. However for items described as intimate apparel i.e nappies/diapers, plastic pants under the new hygiene laws appertaining to all clothing retailers selling such garments we are prevented from accepting returns of these items.

In the unlikley event that goods are faulty we will exchange them for another. Postage costs for returned items will be at your own expense. Returns to be mailed to the following address;

We aim to give 100% customer satisfaction and believe that our products are of the highest quality are fit for purpose and of merchantable quality. For “faulty” goods that do not match our high standards we will refund you as above. Please return your goods to the above contact address .

Please note that we cannot be held responsible for goods returned that become “lost” in the post. We advise that returned goods are sent via recorded delivery to avoid this situation. The cost of returns postage is at your own expense.

We reserve the right to refuse a refund if in our opinion the goods have been damaged or are marked making them unfit for resale.

Return of Faulty Items or Items Custom Made that Do not Fit
In the above situations where the goods are either faulty or have been custom made and do not provide a reasonable fit then the item(s) must be returned to cosyndry to allow us the opportunity to inspect the item under dispute. If in our opinion the item(s) has been improperly made, either faulty or made to the wrong size/specification we will provide the customer with the option of a no quibble refund or a remake of the item(s) in question.

Item Returns Method
You can choose any method of delivery to return your item(s) always providing that you have written proof of returns postage. Please note once your item(s) have been safetly received (in good condition) it can take up to a further 5 days for your card provider to refund your card.
